If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can\u2019t offer you a full refund or exchange.<\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.<\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Several types of goods are exempt from being returned: <\/p><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Downloadable content<\/li><li>Custom Request<\/li><\/ul><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.<\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.<\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">f you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days. Commission fees will be deducted from the refund, 5% of the total amount of your order.<\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><b>Late or missing refunds<\/b><\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you haven\u2019t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.<\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.<\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.<\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you\u2019ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at lemanknit@gmail.com<\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><b>Sale items<\/b><strong> sold\u00e9s<\/strong><\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.<\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Exchanges<\/strong><\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at lemanknit@gmail.com<\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Some of my pieces are unique, exchange will not be possible in these cases. Contact me to discuss it and find a solution. <\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Shipping returns<\/strong><\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
