Please note that our online store is primarily intended for the needs of private customers. For this reason, it is not possible for us to subsequently issue invoices, receipts or VAT statements for your online orders.
Shipping
Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. I apply the rates of the Swiss Post. I offer free shipping on all orders over 100.-
Les envois se font par La Poste sous la forme de petit colis que ce soit pour la Suisse ou l’International. Tout retard de livraison, perte de colis, colis endommagé n’est pas de ma responsabilité.
Products in stock are shipped every two days (working days).
Les produits sur commande sont expédiés dans un délai de plusieurs jours (le temps de la réalisation de votre commande). Je vous contacterai pour chaque commande pour vous tenir informé de l’avancement.
Returns and Refunds
Les produits personnalisés (avec prénom et/ou choix d’un tissu en particulier ou d’un modèle en particulier ne sera ni repris ni échangé).
The costs of returning the product are your responsibility.
The product must be returned in its packaging, new and with all accessories if there are any. No refund will be made if this is not the case.
The refund will be made by the same payment method as the purchase within 14 days after receiving the returned product. Commission fees will be deducted from the refund, 5% of the total amount of your order.
Intellectual property
The content of the website (technical documents, drawings, photographs, etc.) remains the property of the seller, the sole holder of the intellectual property rights over this content.
Buyers agree not to make any use of this content.
